I presume that you are refering to the stupit adhesive sticker that warns the driver not to drive while intoxicated and also to wear a helmit! I removed mine by warming it with a hair dryer and then working a corner loose and progressively pulling the entire sticker off. Take the adhessive off with WD-40.
